Our bed frame has a high quality beech effect surround and headboard, which is hard wearing, waterproof and easily cleaned. The corners of the bed are made of high impact resistant polystyrene (HIPS) making it very robust, utilizing our in house patented smooth edged supporting corner system, profiled to match the side rails.

The five section drop-in beech sprung slatted bases are fitted with a dual motor system and has a power supply, cable handset and multi-bend mattress retainer as standard and are supplied fully assembled.

Leg fixings are of the standard M8 variety giving you the choice from a wide range of readily available legs, alternative sizes can be provided where requested. The beds can be joined together and synchronised to act as one, allowing one mattress to be used across both. Example, two single 3ft beds can be synchronised to make a 6ft action bed with a 6ft mattress. The fully adjustable beds are fitted with a dual motor system. The head-end only (HE) adjustable beds are fitted with a single motor system. A 13inch base also gives the option of having drawers fitted, with no loss of strength to the basic structure, and can have the choice of castors or glides to be fitted.

Alongside our veneered base we also manufacture an integrated adjustable bed that is manufactured using hard and soft woods from environmentally sustainable sources certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. The high-impact plastic injection-moulded Kwik Korner system is used to give the frames a high level of structural integrity. These beds can be supplied in an upholstered or un-upholstered condition allowing customers to finish them in a material of their choice. The integrated base can be 13inches or 8inches in depth, and uses the new MOSYS-S modular motor lifting mechanism, offering wireless control as well as synchronicity.

All our mattresses are tailor made to suit the customer. You will be asked to provide dimensions of the following.

1. Your weight - denotes the density and type of product for your comfort
2. Your height - massage zone location is height specific
3. Which side of bed used - When ordering a double or dual type of bed as both bodies can differ in both areas 1 and 2

From these vital figures and any personal health demands that you may require, we are able to construct a mattress that is specific to your needs, Our suppliers invest in the latest production technologies, allowing us to cater for any customers that may have more significant requirements.

Our covers are hand made and although a variety of colours can be shown on demand, we use the ivory velour as standard; we have been found it to be the most popular with all age groups. They can be easily removed for cleaning by means of a zipper running along three full sides of the mattress. The mattress requires no rotating or maintenance and runs off a very low voltage, so there is no risk of fire or electrocution.

The massage systems we use have been the market leaders since 1990, with a proven track record of unequalled quality, reliability and innovation. It uses a small microprocessor to control state of the art electronics, allowing dozens of user and pre-programmed massage features, including a memory function.

The Mattress Controller

The controller handset is clearly laid out and illuminates for ease of use. You will have control over all aspects of the massage system, enabling you to target certain problem areas for prolonged localised massage.

This handset is ergonomically designed and has a non-slip covering. Any of the five massaging zones can be programmed while in wave, pulse or select modes.

The entire massage system runs on low voltage for safe usage.

The controller promotes relaxation with soothing massage, wile providing relief to stiff, tired and strained muscles.

The intensity and speed are variable and all adjustments can be made while the system is in operation.

All personal adjustments are retained in a memory chip while the unit is in stand-by mode so it's always ready for use with minimal fuss.
